Background and Personality
Once a human living in Tokyo, Naoki Kashima's life was changed when the Conception occurred. Now a demon, his power now rivals that of the Prince of Darkness, and the two war against the Great Will.
Naoki's experiences in the Vortex World have changed him considerably. His trust in the strength of humans has also diminished considerably. That said, he's at least somewhat cooperative.
As a leader to his demons, he is fairly responsible.

Pixie
The very first demon Naoki met in the Vortex World. The two have a simple, but strong bond with each other.
Dante
Dante's cocky attitude irritates Naoki to no end. That said, the two get along well enough (despite the fact that Dante tried to kill him twice).
Raidou and Gouto
Naoki and Raidou share a mutual respect. While the latter's not much of a talker, the two are able to communicate with each other through other means.
Gouto's a bit of a smartass, but he's alright.
Lucifer
Lucifer is the one who turned Naoki into a demon. They both share - or perhaps shared - the goal of destroying the Great Will. To call them close friends would perhaps be a stretch, but they hold no animosity towards each other currently.

Shaw's earnest desire to become stronger strikes a chord with Naoki, earning the ranger some respect from him. It helps that he finds his antics amusing.
Harley (@CherryPopRider)
Harley will often keep an eye on Demi-fiend when she can, hoping to prevent him from causing any trouble (unsuccessfully, most of the time). The two get along surprisingly well, despite that.
Cole (@BaseballFury)
Both Demi-fiend and Cole have similar qualities; their motivations are mostly personal, and neither of them particularly like to be called a hero. That said, Cole's grudge against Lucifer strains any sort of friendship they might have.
Abilities
Demi-fiend is able to summon various demons and deities. He is also able to use magic, learned by unlocking the power of various Magatama - demonic "parasites" of unknown origin. These strange creatures provide him with resistances to a variety of attacks. Masakados, his most powerful Magatama, grants total immunity to most attacks and all ailments (mind, nerve, curse, etc.). Certain weapons or powers may allow one to bypass these immunities, though such cases are exceedingly rare (and in the case of ailments, non-existent). It should also be noted that Demi-fiend has one such skill himself, allowing him to bypass an opponent's ability to resist, nullify, absorb or even reflect attacks. If there's a limit to this skill, that limit is currently unknown. At the very least, it has been shown to work on the likes of Lucifer and YHVH.
Recently, he's developed an innate set of resistances*, which may lead to him phasing out the use of Magatama entirely.
It's possible that Demi-fiend is able to bestow certain powers upon others. Whether or not he is willing to do so is another matter entirely.

Note: Ingesting Masakados or any other Magatama will cancel out these resistances.
For tournaments, Demi-fiend is able to lower his innate resistances in order to make matches against him easier.
A note about almighty attacks
It's not entirely clear what constitutes as an Almighty attack, other than it being of cosmic or godly nature. Things such as black holes, supernovas, and soul-affecting techniques also seem to qualify.
Weapons
Demi-fiend has only one material weapon, usually relying on the energy blades and projectiles he summons in battle.
Julia's Jammer
A predominantly white guitar once belonging to Julia Jinyu, Haruko Haruhara's other half. It is sturdy, an effective melee and ranged weapon, and capable of granting the user flight. It is possible those knowledgeable in the ways of magic are able to channel spiritual energy into the guitar, creating unique effects.

Appearance
In his demon form, Naoki sports full-body markings, lined with gleaming turquoise (or crimson, in some cases).
In his human guise, he sports anything ranging from biker outfits to suits.
Other Points of Note
This Demi-Fiend has a non-standard moveset, with some moves being taken from the Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne hardtype hack. I may also have him use spells and techniques both within the Megami Tensei series and perhaps even other franchises, depending on the likelihood of him being able to utilize such skills.This account follows a slight AU, where both Raidou and Dante show up in the Vortex World. RPs involving either character, or even both characters at once, are thus possible.
